Terms for using ChaiHabibi.
These terms describe the basic rules for accounts, conversations, paid invitations, and meeting plans.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use the service only for lawful, consensual interaction. One person may not impersonate another or create an account for someone without permission.
Profiles and conversations
You control what you publish, but you must have the right to share it. Do not post illegal, deceptive, exploitative, threatening, hateful, or intimate content without consent. ChaiHabibi may hide content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect people or the service.
Invitations and coffee plans
Chatting and browsing do not consume an invitation. One credit is consumed when an invitation is sent. The recipient may accept, decline, or ignore it; either participant may withdraw an accepted plan. Coffee-shop information can change, so confirm the venue and make your own decision before meeting.
Payments
Prices, invite quantity, and expiry are shown before Checkout. Purchased lots keep the terms recorded at purchase. Credits are digital service entitlements, are not transferable or cash, and expire on the stated date. Stripe processes payment. Refunds follow the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Identity checks and no safety guarantee
An optional badge means Stripe completed ChaiHabibi’s configured identity check for that account. It is not proof of age, a background check, or a guarantee of current identity, compatibility, conduct, a match, a meeting, or safety. SafeSpotEngine venue suggestions are separate infrastructure—not person verification or a safety certification. Use public places, tell someone you trust, and contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.
Account and service changes
You may stop using ChaiHabibi at any time. We may limit or terminate access for rule violations, risk, fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirements. We may change features prospectively; paid invite lots already granted retain their recorded quantity and expiry unless a refund, dispute, or legal requirement applies.
