Invite purchases
A simple refund policy.
Invite packs are digital credits. We keep each purchase in its own lot so usage and expiry remain clear.
Unused packs
You may request a full refund for a completely unused pack within seven days of purchase. If any invitation from that pack has been sent, the pack is no longer completely unused and is not eligible for an automatic full-pack refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate or incorrect charge. We will compare the Stripe payment, order, and credit ledger before taking action. A pending refund can temporarily reserve the related unused credits so they cannot be spent twice.
Expiry and service issues
Unused credits expire on the date shown at purchase. Normal expiry is not a refund event. If a confirmed technical failure prevents an eligible invitation from being used, contact support with the account email and order reference so the company can review the ledger.
How to request
Email billing@chaihabibi.com from the purchasing account and include the order reference. Do not send card numbers. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; bank timing varies.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights in your location. ChaiHabibi may update this policy for future purchases; an existing pack keeps the terms shown when it was bought.
